They're amazing, but i think equally good are the rice cakes with philedelphia spread on - could eat them all day. might not help your lactose intollerance though!

My boyfriend and I spotted these a few weeks back in Sainsbury's, we managed to stifle our excitement to a dull roar (both enormous Marmite fans) and purchased them hastily. Once in the relative privacy of the car, we devoured the entire bag, arguing bitterly over 'who got the fifth one'. I have to say, Marmite people, you make it jolly hard for people with mild lactose intolerance (like myself) to try and be good. I suffered dreadfully for those tasty little discs, and I'd do it all again, hang the consequences! In short, they're rather gorgeous.
