It has to be marmite and peanut butter, but the peanut has to be organic and crunchy and the bread has to be malted brown or if it's toast then thick white. Marmite and lettuce in white bread and butter is really good too...

What have they done?? A die hard marmite fan and those bars are truly awful...so wrong in so many ways...love the spread though!
